WebDarbin LLC
Legal informationPrivacy Policy.
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This policy explains how WebDarbin handles information when you use the website, submit a project or business-launch inquiry, or use an authorised client workspace.
Who This Policy Covers
WebDarbin LLC (“WebDarbin,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and related project-collaboration services. This policy applies to information collected through these services. Project-specific processing may also be covered by an applicable Proposal, agreement, or third-party provider terms.
Information We Collect
Depending on what you choose to provide, this may include your name, email address, company or business information, project goals, Builder answers, uploaded references, communications, proposal responses, and information needed to review a business-launch request at a high level.
Business-Launch Requests
If you explore US company setup, we may collect high-level information such as your country or region, whether you are a US citizen or resident, intended business activity, preferred company-name ideas, owner count, desired launch support, and contact details. Please do not submit passports, government IDs, tax identifiers, bank credentials, payment-card data, or other sensitive documents through the Project Builder. If identity verification or a filing later requires such information, WebDarbin will explain the approved process before requesting it.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess whether a project or launch request is a fit, prepare proposals, provide authorised client workspaces, coordinate requested work, protect the service, and communicate about the services you asked us to provide. We do not sell personal information or use your Builder responses for advertising profiling.
Project, Client, and Uploaded Data
Information submitted for a project is available only to WebDarbin personnel and approved collaborators who need it for that work. Client workspace access is scoped to the authorised identity and project relationship. Files are intended for project review and delivery; they are stored privately and served through access checks rather than public file URLs.
Service Providers
To operate the service, WebDarbin may use carefully selected providers for hosting and server infrastructure, private object and backup storage, transactional email, database services, and rate limiting. Current operational providers may include A2 Hosting / Hosting.com, Cloudflare R2, Resend, PostgreSQL, and Redis-backed infrastructure. We share information only as needed for those services, subject to the provider's applicable terms and safeguards.
Cookies and Browser Storage
We use essential session cookies to secure Admin and Client access. Admin sessions expire after up to 8 hours; Client sessions expire after up to 14 days. These cookies are HTTP-only and are used for authentication and security. The Project Builder also uses browser local storage to save your draft and resume token on your own device. Where Google Analytics is configured, we show a separate choice before loading it. Selecting Essential only prevents analytics from loading; selecting Allow analytics enables measurement of page use and project-journey events through Google Analytics. We do not load advertising or social-media tracking pixels through this choice.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, to provide services, maintain security, meet recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Retention varies by record type and client relationship. We review inactive inquiries, drafts, and associated materials under our operating retention process; client project records may need to be retained longer for contractual, accounting, or legal reasons.
Security
We use access controls, protected sessions, validation, private file delivery, and operational safeguards designed for the type of information we handle. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive identity, tax, banking, or payment information through ordinary website forms.
International Processing
WebDarbin operates from the United States and Armenia, and service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. We use those locations only as needed to operate and support the service.
Your Choices and Requests
You can ask about information associated with your inquiry or client relationship, request correction where appropriate, or request deletion subject to our legal and operational obligations. Use the contact form below or call us at +1 929 447 0377. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The version published on this page is the current version.
